  • Orders for Paper and Braille Materials for the ELPA21 Summative Assessment

    TIDE is now back online, and the ELPA21 Summative Assessment window will be open from February 3, 2020 through March 13, 2020. Please review this brief summary of the minor changes enacted for the 2019-20 ELPA21 Summative.

    Orders for paper and braille tests for the ELPA21 Summative Assessment must be placed through the Help Desk by November 22, 2019 to ensure delivery to districts prior to the start of the Summative test window. To place an order for paper, large print, or braille materials, please call the NE Help Desk and provide the school/district and contact information as well as the product name and material quantity to be ordered.

    Some orders may require state approval before they are processed, so please place your orders for materials as soon as possible.

    An additional order window will open on January 22, 2020 through March 6, 2020.

  • Reminder: The Online Reporting System will be Retired on October 31, 2019

    This is a reminder that all student results will be reported on AIRWays Reporting after October 31, 2019, and the Online Report System (ORS) will no longer be available to users after this date. Please be sure to use AIRWays for all your reporting needs following October 31, 2019.

    Important note: Once the transition to AIRWays is completed on October 31, 2019, the 2017-18 ELPA21 screener results will no longer be available online.

  • TIDE Will Be Offline for Updates

    TIDE will be offline for updates from Thursday, October 24, 4:00  p.m. CT through Sunday, October 27, 10 p.m. CT The online Test Delivery System and the AIRWays Reporting System will be available while TIDE is offline. Districts and schools can administer the Screener to students while TIDE is offline, if those students were added to TIDE prior to the TIDE shutdown.

  • AIRWays Reporting System is Live

    The enhanced AIRWays Reporting System is now live. We have prepared the following materials to introduce users to the new interface and its features. 

    These can be found under the Resources tab of the portal. 

    If you have any questions, please contact the NE ELPA21 Help Desk. Please note that the Online Reporting System (ORS) will not be available after October 31, 2019.

  • Coming Soon: AIRWays Reporting to Replace the Online Reporting System Beginning on September 27, 2019

    AIR will launch the enhanced AIRWays Reporting system on September 27, 2019 which will replace the Online Reporting System (ORS).

    Student test results will continue to be available on ORS through October 31, 2019. After October 31, 2019, ORS will no longer be available and all student reporting will be on AIRWays moving forward. Please note that scores from the 2017-18 ELPA21 Screener administration will not be available on AIRWays Reporting – please be sure to retrieve these score reports from ORS before it is retired at the end of October 2019.

    We have prepared a brochure and FAQ that introduces users to AIRWays Reporting’s streamlined interface and answers commonly asked questions.  If you have any questions, please contact the NE ELPA21 Help Desk.
